Enfield Macra Hosting Pumpkin Carving Competition

On Sunday 21st October, Enfield Macra na Feirme will host a pumpkin carving competition in Kiltale. The competition, open to Macra members only, is the first known competition of it's type in Meath Macra. Macra members are invited to bring a pumpkin, spoon and knife with them, and to compete to win one of the prizes for the best, funniest or worst pumpkin. The competition will be judged by former ICA President Camilla Hannon. Admission is free on the day and the competition is set to commence at 3pm. Clonakilty Macra na Feirme Celebrating 70 years

It is with great pleasure that Clonakilty Macra na Feirme invites you to celebrate in their 70th Anniversary Dinner Dance. We would like to share this momentous occasion with our past and present members, our local community and those of you from further afield.

This celebratory event will take place in Fernhill House Hotel, Clonakilty on Saturday 13th October 2018. The evening will commence with a drinks reception at 6pm sharp, followed by a 4-course meal. Music on the night will be provided by ‘No Strings Attached’ and DJ until late. We hope that you will all have a terrific evening as we gather to celebrate seven decades of continuous club life and welcome the arrival of our eighth decade of activity.

This is an opportunity for both past and present members to join together in their appreciation of the club, its contribution to the community and its continued success in the future. All are welcome. Queen of the Land Festival Launch 2018

The committee of the Queen of the Land would like to announce the launch of the 2018 festival on Friday 12th October at 8pm in the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore. The Queen of the Land is in its 54th year and we are delighted to welcome the festival back to Tullamore for a fun filled weekend from 9th – 11th November 2018. The launch night offers the perfect opportunity to meet our brand new sponsor who we will be unveiling on the night as well as our associate sponsors, contestants and committee members.

 

Child Protection Training

Child Protection Training will take place in the Bush Hotel Carrick-on-Shannon on November 13th at 8pm.
