Macra Agricultural Skillnet: Courses and news

Macra Agricultural Skillnet will very shortly be launching our Young Beef Farmer Programme (YBFSP) for 2018, in association with Dawn Meats. The programme is designed to help ambitious young farmers to develop their farming skills, their businesses and commercial awareness. Macra Agricultural Skillnet invites young farmers to apply for a place on the programme, which runs for five months from August to December 2018, with trip to the UK in January 2019.  The closing date will be mid July and all details will be available next week on our website.

 

Would you like to Increase Your Work Output and be more productive in all areas of your life?  If so, then our evening seminar in The Firgrove Hotel, Michelstown, Cork on 10th July at 6.30pm is for you. The better you look after yourself the more productive you will be.  The seminar will help you to achieve balance in your life and will focus on the benefits of stress management and supports.  Cost €55 for members with non members rate at €80  

DIY AI and Ultrasound Scanning:  Running concurrently for five and twelve days respectively, the course begins on Monday, 25th June

Hoofcare Lameness and Mobility Workshops will run on 3rd July and 21ST August in Stradbally, Co Laois. Check our website for dates scheduled later in the year.
