Booking is still open for our third Macra na Feirme and FBD Young Farmer of the Year 2019 Farm Walks and Information Evenings which is scheduled for this evening, 19th June at 7.30pm  on the farm of  Michael Gowing, Offaly. Eircode R42H668T. The final walk is on the farm of Thomas O’Connor, Kildare, Eircode R14VF64 on 25th June. The walks are free, but booking is required through the Skillnet website at  https://www.macra.ie/skillnet

The Dairy Business and Strategic Management Seminars delivered over the autumn months by Lynaire Ryan, can be booked online now.  See our website for special discounts and reduced overnight accommodation rates for the seminars. 

Dunmasc Genetics will deliver one-day Hoofcare, Lameness and Mobility Workshops in Laois on 2nd July and 20th August. This workshop is Phase One of the complete Hoofcare programme and details of dates for the next and advanced  Phases are available on our website.

The first two of our four module online programme  on Safe Agri Skills  are now available on the eLearning hub on the Farmers Journal website at https://www.farmersjournal.ie/toolbox/ . The modules are Safe Livestock Handling and Management and Tractor Driving and Machinery Maintenance.
