Most importantly there are over twenty young women from Macra and equivalent associations abroad representing their counties, regions or countries and all vying to win the title of Blue Jean Country Queen.

Over the weekend, participating Queens can expect a weekend they will never forget where they’ll perform karaoke, play fancy dress football, and be welcomed into the heart of the local community.

Everyone on the Blue Jean Country Queen committee looks forward to welcoming the 2024 Queens to Athboy on Friday 31st May 2024.
