Lace Up, Speak Up

ONE MONTH. ONE MISSION.

Ireland’s nationwide running challenge for mental health

Throughout November 2026, Claremorris Macra is challenging young people across Ireland to come together to collectively run 10,000 KM and raise €10,000 for Mayo Mental Health Association.

Started by a small group in Claremorris Macra, Mayo, the initiative is bringing people together through running, conversation and community, encouraging everyone to get active, check in with one another and support young people's mental health.
